From the Times Point of View

No, not the New York Times. The Times. Printed in England.

I was going to post this article awhile ago--I read it after a free copy of The Times was thrown at me somewhere on the streets of Edinburgh the morning of 15 June.

The article is called "You won't see Termination 2 at the movies," and you can read it on the Times web site. It's an opinion column that discusses two new movies where each plot involves an unwanted pregnancy--but there is no abortion involved. Why would liberal Hollywood keep the storyline away from the horrific alternative? At any rate, it's a pretty good read, and I was impressed.

On the other hand, if you want to read an article that relates more to politics, the next page in the newspaper had this article in it called "Why we must break with the American crazies..." It's always interesting to read what people in other countries say about America.
