It's Official

I signed up for the GRE on September 30th at 1 pm. So, anyone who feels like taking it then can study with me for the next three months if they want. Ha ha ha.

And UVSC offers prep courses for way, way cheap. I need help with math. The language I can handle if I can just sit down and teach myself to memorize words...

In other news, if this isn't obvious, I'm going to apply to grad school. (No, I was just going to take the GRE for fun.) The program I want is a Master of Science in English, with a specialization in Professional and Technical Writing, through Utah State University. It's a pretty cool program because it's created for people who are already employed full time as writing professionals (yes, I guess I am a professional now). I decided--should I not be laid off any time soon--to keep this job and get more experience, otherwise I would uproot myself and go to London or something. Anyway, I just need to write a letter of intent, take the GRE, and I'm good to go. I have everything else gathered and ready (I've been collecting writing samples forever and my resume is already updated). I even have letter of recommendation people. What can I say; I'm organized.

And actually making progress. Wow.
