F We Go Here, What Will V Z?

Jessie and Dylan are nervous that they'll never see me again after I move out of Happy Valley, so a few days ago they gave me a graduation/birthday gift. And it is my favorite. book. ever. I want to share a few pages with you all. If you're a writing geek like me, you'll get a kick out of this. It's a children's book called Alphaboat, by Michael Chestworth. It's a delightful sail on the sea of language lunacy...here are two samples of its pages.

In case you can't read the commentary by the letters, the first says "We're tellin' the captain he's asterisk it"; the second says " ", "He's always last", and "Man the quotes!" Hilarious.
