What's the Call to Action?

I'm not really sure how effective it is for disgruntled union workers to sit outside of Boondock's Fun Center in the hot sun protesting whatever it is they are upset about. I see the labor dispute sign, but I'm not inclined to stop and inquire about their situation. And I am not entirely deterred from thinking about going miniature golfing. Sorry.
