Well this will be fun--I published an article in STC's Intercom magazine last month (Editors and Designers: 6 Ideas for Better Collaboration), and now I volunteered to help with a Q&A, should anyone have any quandaries about how to collaborate others. I'm by no means an expert, but I've had my fair share of trying to work with different personality types.
